According to an examination of multiple listing websites, Bang Si Hyuk paid approximately $26.4 million for the Stradella Road property. The home’s original asking price was 29.8 million USD, and Trevor Noah purchased it in 2020 for 29 million USD.

The house is a masterpiece of modern design, created by renowned architect Mark Rios, the head of the Rios architectural firm in Los Angeles. For his landmark work on important projects like the remodeling of the Music Center in downtown Los Angeles and the city’s Grand Park, Mark Rios is well-known.
