Yes, everyone’s favorite unapologetic lunatic celebrity has placed the property up for sale for just under $2.5 mιllιon, representing a slight profit over the $2.2 mιllιon she paid for it in February 2021.
During her brief ownership, the 26-year-old Los Angeles native made a few improvements to the home. High in the wild highlands above Beverly Hills, along Mulholland Drive, it is tucked away on a winding road. Largely due to the installation of a massive wooden gate she made, the driveway is now separated from the main road in front. Of course, the house has cameras and an alarm system in place to increase security.
The majority of the rooms are vacant and appear to have been staged, indicating that Doja Cat has departed the residence. Fans will still be able to identify the interiors because they frequently appeared in the Grammy-winning artist’s Instagram and TikTok live sessions. A living, dining, and family room on the main floor with glass walls, whitewashed walls and ceilings, and a fireplace in the midcentury modern style, possibly from the 1960s, when the house was constructed. There is also a compact, stylish kitchen with curved cabinetry, quartz countertops, bar seating, and premium stainless appliances.
