Luxurious Twilight Star Taylor Lautner The mansion in Agoura Hills where he and his wife reside

After two years, Taylor Lautner sold his contemporary Agoura Hills property for $1.5 mιllιon. The “Twilight” star spent $3.9 mιllιon on a hacienda-style home in a gated community close to his previous residence.

With more than an acre of fruit trees, perennials, and drought-tolerant flowers, Lautner’s new Agoura Hills property is situated. The home was built in the early 1990s and “remodeled to perfection,” according to the ad. It has terracotta and stucco siding.

Six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, soaring ceilings, mosaic tiling, ornate wrought-iron details, and vintage light fixtures occupy 7,000 square feet of rustic yet magnificent living space. The gorgeous gardens are viewed through large glass doors and windows, offering an indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

A huge lobby with a vaulted ceiling and a winding staircase is reached from the double wood front entry and brick stairs adorned with mosaic tiles. From there, a formal dining room with French doors to covered outdoor eating and party areas is reached via a double-height living room with a fireplace and a temperature-controlled, 750-bottle wine room.

A modern gourmet kitchen with an eat-in island, Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, and a breakfast nook leads to a beautiful fireplace family room and garden. On the main level, there is a wood-paneled office, an ensuite bedroom, and a laundry area with dual washers and dryers.

A wood-beam ceiling, fireplace, Juliette balcony, and two dressing wings adorn the master retreat on the second floor. This floor has four bedrooms with private bathrooms and a marble bathroom with heated flooring, two vanities, a clawfoot tub, and a steam shower.

The expansive resort-style grounds include a spa, a greenhouse, a Viking barbecue, an event pavilion, and various quiet areas. A pool table and wet bar are among the peripheral buildings.

Lautner owns a 10-acre estate in Castaic, 40 miles northwest of Los Angeles, that he purchased for $2 million a decade ago. Lautner was represented by Jordan Cohen of Re/Max One, and the property was listed by Cris Epstein of Engel & Voelkers, Westlake Village.
