This Mediterranean villa in Mallorca, which is located in Spain’s Balearic Islands, is the kind of residence that would make a Hollywood A-lister beam with pride.

While filming “Lioness,” an espionage thriller series in which she will portray CIA Senior Supervisor Kaitlyn Meade, Nicole Kidman really stayed there earlier this year. Morgan Freeman plays the secretary of state in the Paramount+ series, which was created by Taylor Sheridan of “Yellowstone” fame. Nicole Kidman and Zoe Saldana also serve as co-executive producers.

The villa is situated on a one-acre hilltop in the affluent Son Vida neighborhood, also known as the Beverly Hills of Mallorca. According to Ms. Muoz, it is exceptional “in terms of the size of the lot, location, orientation, and the provenance of an award-winning international architect.”

According to Ms. Muoz, it is now the most expensive house on the market in Mallorca and the most expensive property managed by Engel & Völkers Spain.

Views of Palma’s bay and the ocean may be seen from the villa’s ground floor’s entirely transparent glass façade. Two dining rooms, two kitchens, a bar, a wine cellar, a fireplace, and spacious living areas with doors leading to the exterior terraces, which total more than 21,500 square feet and have two swimming pools and lush Mediterranean gardens, are all located on this level.

On the terrace, you will find a hot tub and an outdoor theater. The cellar contains a multimedia art installation, a Zen garden, an exercise treatment area, a sauna, a Turkish bath, and six parking spaces.

The historic Castillo Hotel Sоn Vida and nearby golf courses are both within walking distance of the south-facing villa, which is located on the highest point in Sоn Vida.

Celebrities and movie stars have long been drawn to Sоn Vida by the island’s beauty, security, and genuine Mediterranean vibe, according to Ms. Muoz.

Among the famous guests who attended the 1961 opening of the Castillo Hotel Son Vida in Son Vida were Aristotle Onassis, Grace Kelly, Prince Rainier of Monaco, and Maria Callas. Prince Rainier of Monaco also gave Golf Sn Vida its official opening in 1964. Ms. Muoz claims that over the years, the hotel has hosted a variety of well-known visitors, including Anthony Quinn, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Brigitte Bardot, Julio Iglesias, Sting, and Jennifer Lopez.
