Are Vanessa Hudgens having flashbacks? After selling her elegant Los Feliz apartment to podcaster Jon Lovett and his lover Ronan Farrow for a tidy profit, the “High School Musical” singer can now afford to live almost anyplace. She has since returned to the Studio City hills, where she first acquired her first home.
Naturally, the successful Hudgens is much wealthier today than she was in 2008, thus her new Studio City residences are far more opulent than the ones she previously had.
The new house, which she spent about $7.5 mιllιon on, has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and more than 7,000 square feet of living space. Balconies, spacious patios, an infinity pool, and uninterrupted views that cover a significant amount of the San Fernando Valley are also included.
The house, which was built in 1963, was completely restored early this year. The interior of the increasingly fashionable modern farmhouse-style property is a sea of milky white, making it the ideal blank slate for Hudgens’ next home project.
A modern security system, high fences, and gates surround the entire property, which is situated on a tiny and remote cul-de-sac. Beyond those fortifications is a level motorcourt with space for six or more automobiles, and the home’s numerous skylights and foldaway glass doors let natural light flood into every room.
The public rooms on the main level are united by an open floor concept, and a central stairway with LED track lighting in the Vegas style will dazzle guests. Outside, there’s a barbecue area and lots of room for outdoor entertaining, and the living and family rooms each open to patios and grassy terraces.
The loft-like second family space is located upstairs, snugly enclosing the main corridor that connects the multiple family bedrooms. As you might think, the main suite is huge and has glass walls, a sitting area, a custom dressing room with handcrafted cabinetry, and a spa-style bathroom with dual sinks, a glass shower, and a stand-alone soaking tub.
