Kevin Durant seems to like the off-season in Southern California. The enduring All-Star sold “CSI” producer Anthony Zuiker his $12.2 mιllιon Malibu home two summers ago. Brooklyn Nets players joined the Golden State Warriors. A $15.6 mιllιon estate in Hidden Hills, a guard-gated community in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, belongs to Durant, who is now 32.

The house was made this year by a local builder on a hunch. Durant bought it before it went on the market, so not much is known about it. The modern farmhouse-style home has two stories and may be about 10,000 square feet in size. The huge 1.8-acre property is right next to the $17.5 mιllιon home of NBA player Ben Simmons.

In Hidden Hills, there are a lot of well-known athletes and artists. People who live there include the Kardashians, Lori Loughlin, Lil Wayne, Madonna, Drake, Jeffree Star, John Stamos, and Alex Van Halen.

Durant’s first team in the NBA was the Seattle SuperSonics. The 6’10” superstar is best known for his eight years with the Oklahoma City Thunder and, more recently, with the Golden State Warriors. A small forward who has been the NBA All-Star MVP twice makes $164 mιllιon per year.
