Two months after Kim Kardashian completely transferred ownership of the marital domicile into her name, Kanye West purchased a single-story home directly across the street, according to The Post.

The little five-bedroom, four-bathroom house must have been something he wanted very much because he spent $4.5 mιllιon  for it, which is $421,000 more than the asking price.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom Hidden Hills home was listed for the first time in 67 years on December 1 for $4,079 mιllιon, which is also advantageous for the rapper.

According to records, West, 44, closed on the house on December 20 using the LLC Spruce Blue Trust.

The “Donda” singer has expressed a wish to “get his family back together,” according to a source who talked with The Post, although this house purchase was mostly for the children of the former marriage.

According to the insider, “it’s just basic logistics so that he is close to his children and has access to them at the drop of a hat.”

But given that the house seems to be a long cry from what the Kardashian-West family is used to, it appears that some upgrades will be necessary.

The modest house is over 3,600 square feet in size and sits on more than an acre of land, along with an equestrian ranch.

The home’s inside is decorated with old wood paneling, cabinets, and shaggy beige rugs.

Among the amenities are a family room with a fireplace and sliding doors that lead to the pool and horse corral. According to the listing, the house also features a two-car attached garage with a guest unit that is connected to the three-stall barn via a walkway. Attached to a sizable horse paddock are the tack room and hay storage portions of the barn.

Since its construction in 1955, the scrupulously maintained property has been occupied by the same family.

The kitchen was renovated in 2005 and now features an island, while the front landscape was replaced with drought-resistant AstroTurf.
