Lionel Messi is obviously trying to make South Florida feel more like home because the new Inter Miami player was seen looking at a huge estate over the weekend.
The 36-year-old spent his day off on Sunday to look at a potential new place for him and his family after scoring the game-winning goal in his MLS debut for David Beckham’s team on Friday.
Messi’s wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, and all of their children accompanied him on the excursion… they were looking at a large home on the Intracoastal Waterway.
No word yet on whether Messi enjoyed it enough to make an offer on it, but it’s clear he can afford whatever price tag it came with.
As part of his new 2.5-year deal with Inter Miami, he’ll reportedly make roughly $5 MILLION per month!
Of course, he’s already shown he’s worth it … ’cause he lifted his new squad over Cruz Azul with a free kick in the 94th minute of his first match with the team.
Up next for Messi is a tilt with Atlanta on Tuesday … and then maybe some keys to a new mansion after that???
