Former YouTuber turned professional boxer Jake Paul used $1 mιllιon of his earnings to buy a mansion in an upscale area of Puerto Rico, which he ultimately paid more than $15 mιllιon for.
The most recent investment of $1,5750,000 was used to purchase a property that formerly belonged to the Puerto Rican baseball player Yadier Molina. It is located in The Legacy Dorado Beach East in the Dorado municipality on the northern coast of Puerto Rico.
The property, which is situated on a 12,087 square foot (1,124.3 square meter) lot, features eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, a garage, a swimming pool, and even a golf course, according to information provided by local media.
The house was put up for sale by the former baseball player more than a year ago, but it wasn’t until Paul showed up and made a nearly half-off offer that there was any real interest.
