My obsession with avocados led me to go to a Latin American restaurant called La Macarena Pupuseria last year, and when the waiter told me the restaurant had the best guacamole in the city, I took it on blindness.
This guacamole seems to have a lot of buzz, and I had to find out what made it so amazing.
Well, let me tell you, I have never had any guacamole that was as good as it is. It is also one of the most unique guac I have ever eaten.
The one question I have is what took me a whole year before I attempted to make this loaded guacamole at home, which has turned out to be the best loaded guacamole I have ever had in my entire life.

Loaded Guacamole: What’s in it?
Aside from the usual guacamole ingredients, such as avocado, lime, and salt, we’ve got a whole lot more in this one.
Besides the usual guacamole, there are so many other flavors included in this recipe, including sweet pineapple, spicy-tangy sriracha, and hard-boiled eggs, which are an unexpected addition to this dish.
With the sweet pineapple and spicy sriracha, the creamy avocado, and the creamy egg yolk, made a perfect balance of taste and texture.
As egg whites, they add little color, texture, and fill it to the dish.
For a little added spice (I do not recall whether that was part of the restaurant’s dip) I also added a small amount of red onion and a handful of fresh cilantro to my dip.
I understand that red onions are quite expensive, so if you do not want to buy a whole onion just to use a quarter of it in this recipe, you may consider subscribing a couple of sliced green onions for the onion.
Serving Loaded Guacamole
You can serve this dip with extra crispy tortilla chips and an ice-cold margarita on the side, but I love to put it on salads, bowl meals, or as a topping for tacos and burritos as well.
The Best Way to Store Guacamole
Whenever the avocado is exposed to oxygen, it will eventually turn brown, just as it would with any other guacamole.
During this harmless chemical reaction, it is important that you press plastic wrap over your container of guacamole in order to keep out all airflow, and then cover the container tightly with an airtight lid.
If your ingredients are fresh enough, you will be able to keep the guacamole in the refrigerator for about three to four days.
This loaded guacamole is a unique combination of sweet pineapple, spicy Sriracha, fresh diced red onion, creamy avocado, and rich hard boiled eggs, making it one of the best loaded guacamoles around.

Servings: 6 (1/2 cup each)
- 3 ripe avocados ($2.64)
- 1 8oz. can pineapple chunks, drained ($1.09)
- 1/4 small red onion ($0.20)
- 2 Tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro ($0.09)
- 1 Tbsp sriracha hot sauce ($0.09)
- 1/2 tsp salt ($0.02)
- 3 large hard-boiled eggs ($0.81)
- In a large bowl, place the avocado chunks and rinse them thoroughly, drain the pineapple chunks, and roughly chop them into smaller pieces. Slice the red onion finely. Chop the cilantro into bite-sized pieces. Add the mixture to a bowl and mix well.
- As you prepare the avocado, add the pineapple, onion, cilantro, and sriracha to the bowl which already has the avocado in it. Mash everything together and taste for salt, or about a teaspoon.
- The hard boiled eggs should be shredded and stirred into the avocado mixture. Test the dip and adjust the amount of hot sauce or salt as needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
It is recommended to place a sheet of plastic wrap over the top of the dip before refrigerating to prevent the dip from turning black when the top has been refrigerated.

Loaded Guacamole: How to Make It – Step by Step Photos
This recipe calls for three avocados and makes quite a big batch of guacamole. If you are looking to scale down the recipe a bit, just use 1/3 of the ingredients.
The avocados have to be fully ripe in order for them to mash up well and be as creamy as possible, otherwise they won’t mash up as well.
It is a good idea to place the avocado slices in a bowl, drain one 8-ounce can of pineapple chunks, and give them a rough chop so that they become smaller pieces, then chop them into smaller pieces.
Slice a small red onion finely, and chop a few handfuls of fresh cilantro finely.
As the pineapple, onions, cilantro, and Sriracha are added to the avocado, put them in a bowl.
All the ingredients should be mashed together, then add salt to taste (around half a teaspoon).
In addition, you can add three hard-boiled eggs to thicken up the dip without adding much cost.
Plus, avocados and eggs are like long-lost loves, and they should always be together no matter what the circumstances may be.
Add in the chopped egg and you’re good to go.
This goes great with chips, but I plan on stuffing it into some tortillas or pitas throughout the week, maybe with tomato, cucumber, or other ingredients.
It’s definitely the best ever Loaded Guacamole.
It is delicious and extremely easy to make, even if Apronese can do it, you are inevitable.
