Add 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature), about 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley, 2 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro, 1 sliced green onion, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1 Tbsp lemon juice to a bowl.
Using a fork, mix and mash the ingredients until they are evenly combined. Probably you could use a hand mixer if you’re doing a double batch, but I thought it would be too small for one to be effective.
