Desserts that come in single servings are my favorite. They are usually pretty quick and easy to make, and they offer me just the right amount of sweetness to kill my cravings without having to eat leftovers the rest of the week, which can be quite a hassle.
One of my favorite single-serving quick fixes are these quesadillas with peanut butter and bananas because they are so warm, gooey, and delicious. In addition, I have the necessary ingredients in my pantry most of the time.
This is a figurative use of the word quesadilla. This dessert “quesadilla” does not contain cheese.

There really isn’t anything better than this.
