Even though Paul “PG-13” George, an NBA superstar, was just recently traded to the Los Angeles Clippers, the Palmdale, California native and his long-term partner Daniela Rajic appear to adore the West Coast so much that they have already upgraded their local living arrangements. According to public records, George spent close to $16.1 mιllιon on a three-story, elevator-equipped mansion in Pacific Palisades, which is located on the astronomically expensive Westside of Los Angeles.

It appears that the aforementioned Palisades home has hosted a number of notable people in the past. Even though the house is only five years old—as of late 2014—it has already seen three ownership transfers.

DeAndre Jordan, a former Clipper and fellow NBA superstar, paid $12.7 mιllιon for the then-new property in late 2015. He lived there for less than six months before listing it for sale and ultimately selling it for a mιllιon-d0llar loss to local hedge fund manager Curtis Macnguyen.

The massive Cape Cod-style residence has more than 10,000 square feet of living area, seven bedrooms, and ten bathrooms. It was constructed on spec by famous developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati of Huntington Estate Properties. It is situated in the prestigious Riviera neighborhood area.

The residence’s interior features a blend of modern and traditional elements, including spacious formal living and dining rooms, a temperature-controlled wine room, and remarkable Fleetwood movable walls.

The open floor plan, elaborate wood paneling, vaulted ceilings, and hardwood floors throughout the house all serve as a backdrop for the interior design, which also includes a soaring ceiling and a gently arching staircase in the foyer.

The hedonistic master bedroom features a seating area, a spa-like master bathroom, and a private terrace with expansive views that extend to the Pacific Ocean. The backyard of the mini-estate, which features a putting green, a swimming pool with a waterfall, an outdoor kitchen, and a half-court basketball court, is also visible from the terrace.

The basement level of the structure includes a home cinema with tiered seating and plenty of wood paneling, a games room/lounge, and an indoor spa area with a second pool, gym, and plenty of space for massage tables.
