After being advertised for $6 million in September, the 91-acre property was placed up for sale in just three weeks. It is situated about 40 miles northeast of San Diego. It sold at the beginning of November for $5.6 million, per the listing records.
According to the deed submitted to the county clerk on November 9, the buyer carried out the deal via a limited liability business.
The property has a 5,938-square-foot main home and approximately 1,200 organic avocado trees, according to the listing with Alan Long of Avenue 8, Melissa Russell of Willis Allen Real Estate, and Kay O’Hara of HomeSmart Realty West.
